The new CMA Order asks every first-opinion practice to publish a standard price list on its website, in reception and in booking confirmations, and to keep them all current. Feescale lets you enter your prices once and keep every copy in step.

What the Order asks of your practice
The Veterinary Services Market Investigation Order 2026 was made on 22 September 2026. Most of it concerns pricing information, and most of that has to appear in several places at once.

- Capped prescription feesWritten prescriptions capped at £21.40 for the first medicine and £12.70 for each additional one prescribed at the same time, from 2027, then uprated with inflation each April from 2028.
