Every plan includes everything Feescale does, now and as it's built. You pay for the number of practice sites you run, and the price per site comes down as you add more.

Email usBuilding your price lists is free, with no card needed. Subscribe from your account when you're ready to publish; the price follows the number of sites you add. We're not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Payment is by card through Stripe, under our terms of service. Already subscribed? Sign in and open Billing.
Questions
- What do I get today?
- An account where you build and save a price list for each of your sites, with everything in the demo: the full standard price list, a client-facing price page, a reception poster and the prescription-fee check. All of that is free. A subscription adds publishing: a page we host for each site, which you link to or embed in your website, kept in step whenever you publish, with a dated record of every version. Imports from your practice management system come next, and subscribers get them as they ship.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Do you give refunds?
- If you pay annually and change your mind within 14 days, email us for a full refund. After that, and for monthly plans, we don't refund part-used periods.
- Will the price go up?
- The price you sign up at stays the same for as long as you keep subscribing. If our prices change, they change for new customers.
- Do I get an invoice?
- Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, with an invoice you can download for your accounts.
- We price differently at each site. Is that a problem?
- No. Each site on your account has its own price list, and you can copy prices from one site to another to start. Add or remove a site and your subscription changes to match.
